He starts selling digital music and then moves to selling services to public administrations before returning to his first love: digital. He is a Star Wars fan and is passionate about pop art. He loves to travel and explore new cultures. As a hobby, he grows rare cacti.

What does a Senior Business Developer do?

A Senior Business Developer is able to manage complex projects, handle the sales process from start to finish, including assisting in negotiations, maintain effective relationships with clients, and implement sales strategies to ensure the success of the company.

Savio has the important role of identifying and implementing projects and solutions to help customers achieve their goals. This includes:

  • Monitoring the current international customer base.
  • Contacting potential new customers and converting them into business opportunities through effective communication.

As a Business Developer in WordLift, she concentrates on building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their business goals, developing and executing strategic plans to help them achieve those goals.
She takes the time to listen and learn about the businesses and industries of WordLift’s customers and then uses that knowledge to offer customized solutions that deliver results.
Outside of work, Iryna enjoys yoga, traveling, reading, and staying active. She is a firm believer in lifelong learning and is always looking for new ways to improve her skills and knowledge.

Who is Riccardo Clemente?

Riccardo Clemente is a Business Developer at WordLift.

Born in Rome, Riccardo has tried to rise his own startup in the automotive industry and worked in the sales area in 3 different industries, of which oil and energy, sustainable finance and now in Semantic SEO with WordLift.

In his spare time, he meditates, goes to the gym, learns languages and new skills, reads personal development books, , gardening, travel, volunteer, snowboarding, finds time to play and rest, and enjoy quality time with his loved ones.

What does a Business Developer do?

As a Business Developer, Riccardo has the responsibility of helping companies and individuals with the solutions that our business has to offer, including:

  • Finding and qualifying new potential clients to see if there can be a fit between what their problem and our solution.
  • Understanding the clients’s challenges and our market/solutions to provide the best service.
  • Being patient, persistent and respectful towards the client towards providing success in the buying journey.
  • Always learning about sales, the market and our solution.
  • Building a network of clients and potential clients and nurturing it with touch points and sharing valuable information regarding our solutions.
  • Leveraging different means to get and stay in contact with clients and potential clients including video meetings, phone calls, LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp/SMS.
  • Asking questions to get deeper into the clients and potential clients’s challenges and understand what is behind the first objections.
  • Being the point of contact between us and the clients and potential clients, resulting in success for them and the source of revenue for our business.

Silvia Fratini

Silvia Fratini

Who is Silvia Fratini

Born and raised in a small town nearby Rome, Silvia graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics and then obtained a master’s degree in International Development Cooperation.

For study and work reasons, she spent several years traveling: from London to Mumbai, from Philadelphia to Zambia, then returning to Rome, where for five years she worked for one of the largest editorial groups in Italy in the Marketing department. She arrives at WordLift in February 2023 in the role of Partnership Manager.

She likes to spend evenings playing board games with friends, walking in nature, playing her ukulele, discovering new TV series, and cooking healthy food.

What she loves the most about my job is finding a key to building a genuine relationship with each partner and always encouraging communication.

What does a Partnership Manager do?

Silvia Fratini manages the relationship between WordLift and corporate partners. She provides professional support, guidance for merging and partnering, and strategic insight to help both companies achieve their primary goals through partnership.

The primary responsibilities are:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals;
  • Providing strategic insight and guidance for business goals;
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners;
  • Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives;
  • Organizing and attending industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company;
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts;
  • Collaborate with the management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
