WordLift supports natively 32 languages. These languages are supported through our native Natural Language Processing infrastructure and they can deliver excellent results out of the box. The languages supported natively are: Chinese, Danish, German, English, French, Italian, Dutch, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Swedish, Turkish, Albanian, Belarusian, Bulgarian, Catalan, Croatian, Czech, Estonian, Finnish, Hungarian, Icelandic, Indonesian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Polish, Romanian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Ukrainian.

We also experimentally support hundreds of languages with many different alphabets. You can use WordLift in any language that is being supported natively by WikiData.

In order to enable the support for these experimental languages you just need to setup your WordPress website in the desired language.
Head over to Settings. In the General screen that opens you will find the drop down for Site Language. Select your desired language.
WordLift will default to this language and you will be ready to use our content recognition features in the new language.

Please note that your vocabulary should be made of entries in one single language, so please don’t switch languages back and forth.
