Role Overview:
As the Senior Manager – Performance & Growth, you will own data-driven growth and marketing performance activities, primarily focusing on acquiring and engaging B2B eCommerce customers with AI-driven services. This role requires expertise in performance marketing, data analytics, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance growth in the EMEA and US regions. You will manage the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns, optimize paid channels, and provide actionable insights to support WordLift’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data-Driven Strategy: Function as the go-to expert for data within the team, from collection and analysis, performance tracking, etc.
- Feedback across the business, as appropriate, on any findings from site checks and
journey mapping - Become the expert on all KPIs and best practice metrics to allow us to benchmark
our performance easily - Provide weekly and monthly reporting on all performance marketing activities,
2. Performance Marketing: Manage our performance marketing efforts, crafting strategies and actioning their execution and evaluation to drive growth in the EMEA & US regions.
- Create an annual growth marketing plan under the direction of the CMO to deliver
our wider marketing strategy and business objectives, through a growth-focused
lens, considering the different channels and customer groups - Coordinate all marketing activities to ensure cohesion in the customer journey
- Take full ownership of our paid advertising channels, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and social media.
- Scaling Paid Social: Implement a test-and-learn approach to effectively scale our paid social channels.
3. Campaign Management: Manage all stages of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including planning, creative development, deployment, and performance analysis.
- Work with the Content Editor to devise connected paid campaigns that are reflective of our overall content strategy and deliver on our value proposition
- Work with the Content Editor to devise the email plan for the season, utilising data from previous campaigns to advise this, and adjust the specifics
- Work with the Content Editor to determine key topics to establish though leadership within AI Discovery and drive MQLs
4. Industry Insider:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market shifts, and competitive insights.
- Attend relevant industry events and webinars, feeding back on any key insights and opportunities
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Align marketing initiatives with sales, customer success, and other teams to drive
cohesive business growth. - Coordinate marketing activities to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B growth or performance marketing roles.
- Expertise in digital marketing, lead conversion, and CRM tools like HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and familiarity with AI-driven technologies.
