WordLift is software that enriches and organizes the content of those who publish on the web, through the use of artificial intelligence technologies, facilitating the operations of content marketing and SEO of companies and editorial staff.

WordLift proposes to democratize the use of semantic technologies for the promotion of content on the web, today reserved only for large companies, offering services through a SaaS model, purchasable directly from the wordlift.io website.

Some of what you will do, in Italian and English:

  • Manage the onboarding and lead acquisition phases, guiding them through the entire sales process from first contact to subscription activation
  • Provide the support and advice necessary to reach and exceed the expectations of acquired customers
  • Identify and contact potential prospects directly
  • Do cold lead acquisition activities (calls, LinkedIn, or other CRM platforms)
  • Prepare and present offers that deliver personalized service
  • Manage business relationships to facilitate the meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Present WordLift in public, at events, meetups, conferences, and company meetings

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in SaaS environment
  • Advanced knowledge of English as a prerequisite. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Experience in selling SEO, social media, and PPC services
  • Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console is a plus
  • An existing client base in the digital arena is a plus

Contract duration: 12 months

Contract of employment: Full time, Fixed term, VAT number

Salary: €20,000.00 – €40,000.00 per year
