Google’s MUM Multimodal Search
Google’s announcement of its new artificial intelligence (AI) technology, Google Multitask Unified Model (MUM), may have come a few weeks after the release of Neural Matching, which was described as an “artificial intelligence system for learning”.
What is Google MUM?

MUM is essentially a new technology developed by Google for answering complex questions that don’t have direct answers. Google said that MUM is a multimodal AI model 1,000 times more powerful than BERT.
